e-services
Töötukassa works towards making it as easy as possible for you to fulfil your legal obligations. One of the ways in which we do that is by developing electronic services. Gathering and communicating information electronically has several advantages – less handling costs for all involved, less risk to make mistakes, and a better integration with internal information systems.
The offer of available e-services is at present limited. However, more e-services and more ways to communicate in an electronic way are in preparation, and will become available to you soon.
Who can use the e-services?
To use the e-services, you must be able to identify yourself to the system and to create digital signatures. To do that, you need an electronic ID card which contains valid certificates. If you have an ID card and a card reader, you can check the validity of the certificates on www.sk.ee/id-kontroll/.
If you are using the e-service as the representative of a legal entity, you must be registered in the commercial register as having the authority to do so.
Not all browsers or platforms are supported. To use the e-services, you must use a modern version of the Internet Explorer (version 7 or higher) or Firefox (version 3.x) web browser.

Available e-services
Currently, only the application for a redundancy benefit is offered as an e-service.
Through the electronic system, you can also follow up on all decisions Töötukassa has made about your company.
