In 2012, the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund started concluding cooperation agreements with companies with whom we have conducted long-term and diverse cooperation. We see the cooperation agreement partners as significant contributors in helping our labour market services meet market expectations in the best way possible. Our partners help us organize work placements to ensure that employees are trained in accordance to the level of skills currently necessary.
It is possible to become a training partner of the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund by participating in labour market training procurements or the annual qualification competition for training card partners.
Career information specialists of the Unemployment Insurance Fund organise workshops that introduce the labour market and working life to 8th–12th graders. The workshops aim to raise young people's professional awareness and increase their chances of finding work in the future. The workshops are organized in general education schools, youth centres and fairs aimed at young people.
