If possible, use electronic channels to contact us

Lisatud 13.03.2020 | Uuendatud 29.06.2020

The Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund's offices are open again. Since the virus still remains a risk, we kindly ask you to send your applications via e-töötukassa, e-mail or telephone. We provide counselling online and over the phone, your counsellor will advise you to come to the office only if necessary.

Alongside with our partners, we will also continue with all labour market services, always taking into consideration the safety measures necessary to protect everyone's wellbeing and to prevent the virus from spreading.

If you would prefer to come to one of our offices in person, kindly call the office first and make an appointment - thus, we will be able to see that there are not too many people in.

If you wish to register with us and/or apply for an allowance or a benefit, we suggest you do this, using our online services, if possible. We also accept applications via e-mail (digitally signed), regular mail or telephone.

The application for work capability assessment is also available in e-töötukassa (in Estonian and Russian). In addition, it is possible to send us your application via e-mail or regular mail. If needs be, we will send you the application form via mail.

Career services continue to be provided via telephone, e-mail and Skype. Please book an appointment online or contact our local office closest to you.

If you need help with any of our services or applications, we will provide you via e-mail or telephone.

Stay safe
