A person who has registered as unemployed has the right to change their Unemployment Insurance Fund office at any time. To do this you need to submit a free-form application with the name of the chosen office at which you would like to continue receiving the labour market services and benefits.
You can submit the application in person to your consultant or at our office's information desk or e-mail a digitally signed copy to our office or your consultant's e-mail address. Please remember to ask if your previously agreed appointment time will remain valid or whether the new office will give you a new appointment time as well.
Should you wish to, you can also change your consultant. To do this you need to submit a free-form application (expressing your wish to change your consultant, giving a reason why) and bring it in person to the Unemployment Insurance Fund office you are registered with or send a digitally signed copy via e-mail. If you can, submit the application immediately after your scheduled appointment or at least three working days before the next one so that we can find a suitable replacement.
Having registered as unemployed at a specific Unemployment Insurance Fund office, you have the right to receive the following two labour market services from all of our offices:
- updates on the situation on the labour market; and
- the job mediation service.
