If you are starting to look for a new job, would like to find new challenges or are thinking about changing jobs, a number of possibilities are available to you. The variety of options suitable for you depends on the field of work and the post. The biggest agencies for job offers in Estonia are the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund, job sites and employment agencies.

Looking for and keeping an eye on job offers on job sites is a good way of keeping up with the possibilities the labour market offers. You can apply for a job by filling out an application on the site. Employers use a variety of online agencies to publish job offers and find employees. By filling out a jobseeker’s profile in more than one online job agency you increase the chance that an employer will notice you.

The Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund’s e-töötukassa is a job site that posts job offers for different fields of work and posts. You can create a CV and apply for jobs. In order to use the e-services you need to identify yourself as a user, which means you need to log in using your ID card or Mobile ID.

If you already know which field of work interests you, we recommend looking at the websites of professional associations and university career pages. Employers often use employment agencies when looking for new employees, so it is worth filling out your profile in those databases as well.
