The payment of the working ability allowance is suspended for a period of 10 days in the first instance of an individual with partial working ability who is registered as unemployed and receiving a working ability allowance refusing, without good reason:
- to appear at the Unemployment Insurance Fund for a consultation;
- to carry out the activities agreed on in the individual job search plan;
- to accept suitable work.
The payment of the working ability allowance is suspended for a period of 30 days in the second instance of an individual receiving a working ability allowance violating the activity requirements without good reason. Upon re-registration as unemployed, the right to receive a working ability allowance arises once the suspension period has ended. The payment of the working ability allowance is only suspended if, in order to receive the allowance, the individual complies solely with the condition of being registered as unemployed or carrying out the obligations of unemployed persons.
The payment of the working ability allowance is terminated if a recipient of the allowance with partial working ability:
- fails to comply with activity requirements (being in neither employment nor education, etc.); or
- violates the activity requirements related to being registered as unemployed without good reason for the third time, and their registration is terminated.
