Co-browse agreement
If you agree to screen-sharing, the Unemployment Insurance Fund employee will see exactly the same view that you see on your own computer screen when you open the Unemployment Insurance Fund website. Other content on the screen will not be visible to the Unemployment Insurance Fund employee. In order to fix technical glitches during the screen-sharing process, the Unemployment Insurance Fund may take a screenshot. You have the right to request the deletion of the screenshot. For more information about your rights, see on the Unemployment Insurance Fund website. You can stop screen-sharing whenever you wish to do so by clicking on the ‘Stop sharing’ button.
